CONSULTANCY
Entrepreneurs are supported with consultancy services about Intellectual Property, Finance, Law, Project Management and Technical Issues in the targeted path.
ACADEMY
It is aimed that the entrepreneurs will have met the investor with the highest qualifications by completing the deficiencies with the training, in accordance with the requirement analysis of the entrepreneurs.

APPLICATION
STEP 1
FEEDBACK
NEEDS ANALYSIS FORM
At this stage, the draft contract is sent to the entrepreneur, and the “Needs Analysis Form” is expected to be filled in order to determine the needs of the entrepreneur.
STEP 2
ENTERPRISE EVALUATION MEETING
It is the evaluation meeting where the ICCD Headquarter Operation presents the enterprises that have applied to the program to the ICCD board of directors. It is done periodically.

REJECTION
After the Enterprise Evaluation Meeting, enterprises that do not comply with the ICCD Program processes are notified to the applicant.
STEP 3
ADMISSION TO THE PROGRAM
After the Enterprise Evaluation Meeting, the enterprises accepted to the ICCD Program are determined and a Supervisor is assigned to the related enterprise.
NEEDS TO BE DEVELOPED
After making the updates/improvements to be stated at the Enterprise Evaluation Report the enterprises that can be accepted into the ICCD program are notified to the applicant.
STEP 4
PITCH DECK & NEEDS ANALYSIS FORM VALIDATION
The Entrepreneur & Innovator accepted to the program makes a presentation to ICCD Headquarters Operations and the Assigned Supervisor. At this stage, the Needs Analysis Form completed by the entrepreneur is also verified.
STEP 5
ROAD MAP
Referring to the Needs Analysis and Presentation, a detailed strategic road map is created by the Supervisor and presented to the entrepreneur.
STEP 6
AGGREEMENT
At this stage, the draft contract submitted to the entrepreneur at the application stage is signed.
STEP 7
Operational support and follow-up required by all parties in the supervisor, entrepreneur, consultant relationship process are provided by ICCD headquarter operation. As a result of follow-up and reporting, investor research, matching, sector & technology analysis are executed by ICCD headquarter operation.

Work Up & Meet Up is a call program dedicated to innovation, growth and sustainable success. It is a program with a mission to facilitate access to the resources entrepreneurs need and connect them with the right investors.
While increasing your strategic thinking skills in the Call program, you will have the opportunity to meet directly with investors in your vertical, ensure that your business idea is built on solid foundations with the support you will receive in critical areas such as IP, finance, law and project consultancy, and expand your network at local and national level.

The "Capacity Building" program, one of the modules of Siemens Healthineers' Innovation Think Tank (ITT), was developed based on the innovation needs of leading organizations worldwide and the experience gained from more than 2500 innovation projects.
The program includes experiential learning process, more than 30 hours of presentation of content and group work. The main objective of the program is to provide a holistic approach to innovation, entrepreneurship and commercialization.
However, the program aims to equip participants with innovative thinking, entrepreneurial skills and help them develop innovative projects at the local level.
