It also executes the coordination of the official global commercialization brokerage department of the International Federation of Inventors' Association, IFIA, headquartered in Switzerland and having 175 corporate members from the worldwide invention, R&D, entrepreneurship, innovation and investor ecosystem.
ICCD program, which supports entrepreneurs on the difficult and long journey from idea to commercialization with its operational center, regional offices, supervisors and consultants, is ready to share its knowledge and experience with world entrepreneurs.

STEP 1
FEEDBACK
REJECTION
After the Enterprise Evaluation Meeting, enterprises that do not comply with the ICCD Program processes are notified to the applicant.
ENTERPRISE INFO SHEET
At this stage, the draft contract is sent to the entrepreneur, and the “Enterprise Info Sheet” is expected to be filled in order to determine the needs of the entrepreneur.
STEP 2
ENTERPRISE EVALUATION MEETING
It is the evaluation meeting where the ICCD Headquarter Operation presents the enterprises that have applied to the program to the ICCD board of directors. It is done periodically.
STEP 3
ADMISSION TO THE PROGRAM
After the Enterprise Evaluation Meeting, the enterprises accepted to the ICCD Program are determined and a Supervisor is assigned to the related enterprise.

NEEDS TO BE DEVELOPED
After making the updates/improvements to be stated at the Enterprise Evaluation Report the enterprises that can be accepted into the ICCD program are notified to the applicant.
STEP 4
AGGREEMENT
At this stage, the draft contract submitted to the entrepreneur at the application stage is signed.
STEP 5
ROAD MAP
Regarding the enterprise accepted to the ICCD Program, the ICCD Headquarter Operation and the appointed Supervisor prepare a preliminary roadmap according to the Enterprise Info Sheet filled by the entrepreneur before.
STEP 7
Operational support and follow-up required by all parties in the supervisor, entrepreneur, consultant relationship process are provided by ICCD headquarter operation. As a result of follow-up and reporting, investor research, matching, sector & technology analysis are executed by ICCD headquarter operation.
STEP 6
ROAD MAP VALIDATION
Entrepreneur makes the presentation about his/her enterprise/invention to the ICCD HeadQuarter Operation and Assigned Supervisor. After the presentation, the Supervisor prepares strategic plan refering to Enterprise Info Sheet and Presentation in order to generate detailed requirements.
